Trying times can bring about desperate measures

It was showtime. All of my show was on my ipod. I had put a passcode on it in order to safeguard its content from being erased or to prevent an early preview from prying eyes. I had been so excited and nervous that i had forgotten the code. It's 5 minutes to my show. how do i unlock my ipod in time to go onstage? This was horrifying. I can't remember if it was a code that mean't anything to me, as I've tried every code I thought it would be. Four minutes left and they are doing an introduction of who I am. I've got to force myself to go back to when I set up the code. Nothing...just a blank. Why can't I remember four simple numbers? This will teach me a lesson. Either write the information down or don't bother making a code. Three minutes and beads of sweat began forming on my forehead. My birthday, perhaps? no! My address? No! Two minutes left! Could it have been my work id number? No! Maybe my favorite person's birthday? YES!! I'm in...but now my battery is dying!
