Ingenious Closet Storage Design

Most closets are created with the standard design of a simple clothes rod and a single shelf. This may make a closet look spacious but in the long run as you accumulate stuff this won’t be a convenient design to hold all your clutter. Convert your closet storage design into a more practical layout so you can neatly organize and store all your stuff.
Assess the size of your closet and determine all the available space that you can utilize. Add a shelf above your clothes rod for storage of items that you use the least like clothes from last season or your folded linen. Redesign your cabinet by adding more shelves at the bottom designated for your shoes. If your cabinet is high enough, install a second clothes rod on the midsection of your closet. This gives you more space to hang your clothes. Use the back of the closet door to hang a full length mirror or mount hooks to hang your ties, belts and hats.
