A driving license is the document that one gets after they have undergone a training of driving. Once you get this form then you are permitted to take your car to the public road. When found driving on the road without it then harsh actions are normally taken against you. That is why it is advisable for anyone to get a driving license so that you can be a qualified driver. The training does not take that long before it ends. It just depends with how fast you grasp things ,if you are a fast learner then good for you cause it will take the shortest time ever. If you are interested in getting the tax disc, you simply apply for a driving licence in the school that you have chosen to go. Applying for it, you can do it online where you will have to download some forms so that you can fill in or you can also get to the driving vehicle agency and obtaining the forms for applications. Once you fill in you take it to the driving school and they will call you for the training.
